摘要: To achieve different end-use properties of polymers, an industrial plant must produce several grades the product through same process under operating conditions. As molecular weight distribution (MWD) is a crucial quality index grade transition based on MWD great importance. Dynamic optimization using challenging task because its large-scale nature. After analyzing relationships among state variables during polymerization, novel method proposed to conduct optimal dynamic with small-scale moment model, combined steady-state calculation MWD. By avoiding expensive computation in dealing optimization, this technique greatly reduces computational complexity optimization. The theoretical equivalence simplification also proved.
