摘要: Workplace drug testing policy as an issue for collective bargaining is discussed from a union perspective. A framework of values recommended to guide labor's negotiations. Exhibits offer pre-negotiations checklist, sample questions employers on proposed policy, and letter members educate them about workplace testing. Labor educators are encouraged assist unions by teaching classes The study presents list potential class topics gives anecdotal observations unionists' responses this topic.
