Piezoelectric and Dielectric Properties of Low Temperature Sintering (K 0.5 Na 0.5 )NbO 3 Ceramics with the Variation of Poling Electric Field

摘要: In this paper, the influences of poling electric field on piezoelectric properties - (abbreviated as KNN-LSN) ceramics were investigated. The specimens was sintered at sintering temperature . They showed orthorhombic phase structure without secondary phase. Electromechanical coupling factor (kp), dielectric and constant() increased with field. However, mechanical quality (Qm) decreased. Take into account conditions KNN-LSN ceramics, optimum condition for 4.5 kV/mm. At time, kp 0.458, Qm 43.97, 278 pC/N, constant 1079 shown, respectively.
