摘要: Background Evidence-based physical activity interventions that can be delivered to large numbers of adults at an acceptable cost are a public health priority; website-delivered programs have this potential. The purpose study was systematically review the research findings and outcomes identify relationships intervention attributes with behavioral outcomes. Methods A structured search PubMed, Medline, PsycInfo, Web Science conducted for studies published up July 2006. Studies included in were those (1) used websites or e-mail, (2) had behavior as outcome measure, (3) randomized controlled quasi-experimental designs, (4) targeted adults, (5) English. Results Of fifteen reviewed, improvement reported eight. Better identified when more than five contacts participants time follow-up short (≤3 months; 60% positive outcomes), compared medium-term (3–6 months, 50%) long-term (>6 40%) follow-up. There no clear associations other attributes. Conclusions little over half trials However, effects lived, there limited evidence maintenance changes.
