摘要: Novel pyrolyzed photoresist carbon electrodes for electroanalytical applications have been produced by photolithographic technology followed pyrolysis of the photoresist. A study determination Ni(II) dimethylglyoximate (Ni-DMG) through adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry at an in situ bismuth-modified electrode (Bi-PPCE) is reported. The experimental conditions deposition a bismuth film on PPCE were optimized. Bi-PPCE allowed analysis trace concentrations Ni(II), even presence Co(II), which main interference this analysis, with square wave voltammograms characterized well-separated peaks. calculated limits detection (LOD) 20 ng∙L−1 alone and 500 Co(II). optimized method was finally applied to certified spring water (NIST1640a).
