摘要: Naturally occurring wetlands are often threatened by runoff from urban areas, while constructed increasingly used to filter sediments and nutrients runoff. To analyze the potential effects of on wetland soil microbial activity composition, we combined phospholipid fatty acid analysis (PLFA) with assays enzyme activities nitrification (indicators function) in mesocosms. Mesocosm treatments included nutrient addition (high, low, none) hydologic regimes (constant flood, early season intermittent flood) a full factorial design. We found that changes hydrologic regime affected both structural (membrane lipid) functional (enzyme potentials) aspects community greater degree than did additions. For example, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal (AMF) lipid indicator appeared be highly sensitive constant flooding. Although were dominant factor affecting structure function, additions appear alter biomarkers (both saprotrophic) potentials. In addition, samples taken between June September indicated seasonal/temporal progression; for example effect flood treatment subsided after flooding ended. Finally, correlation function data indicate study structure, may important understanding ecosystem function.
