摘要: In this work, we describe the design and first experimental results of a new setup that combines evaporation liquids in ultrahigh vacuum conditions with situ high sensitivity thermal characterization thin films. Organic compounds are deposited from vapor directly onto liquid nitrogen cooled substrate, permitting preparation glassy The substrate consists microfabricated, membrane-based nanocalorimeter permits measurements heat capacity under ultrafast heating rates (up to 105 K/s) temperature range 100–300 K. Three glass forming liquids—toluene, methanol, acetic acid—are characterized. spikes related glass-transition temperature, fictive and, some cases, onset crystallization determined for several rates.
