摘要: Purpose Zinc finger protein 259 (ZNF259), also known as ZPR1, is a zinc finger-containing that can bind the intracellular tyrosine kinase domain of EGFR. At present, our knowledge on ZNF259 in cancers limited. Here, we aimed to explore biological functions breast cancer and reveal their mechanisms. Patients methods The expression was measured 133 cases by immunohistochemistry. online database Kaplan-Meier (KM) Plotter Online Tool used analyze relationship between patient survival prognosis. Plasmid transfection small interfering RNA inhibitor treatments were carried out cell lines its potential mechanism. Matrigel invasion wound healing assays performed detect migration ability cells. In addition, expressions tissues cells determined Western blotting. Results much higher than adjacent normal duct glandular epithelial (75.94% vs 7.52%, P<0.001) closely related patients' TNM stages (P=0.013) lymph node metastasis (P=0.021). Knockdown could downregulate p-ERK, p-GSK3β, Snail expression, upregulate E-cadherin ZO-1, then it inhibited MCF-7 MDA-MB-231. Correspondingly, ZO-1 which led stronger abilities Furthermore, ERK U0126 reverse all these effects induced transfection. Conclusion promote activating ERK/GSK3β/Snail signaling pathway.
