摘要: Technology of genetic engineered is an alternative way to improve both the quality and quantity agricultural crops. Genetically Engineered Plants (GEPs) as product modern technology requires excellent management strategies especially for biosafety products before being released commercialized public. This study aims determine policy priorities in making right decisions order GEPs could be more effective sustainable while reducing side effects this environment human health. System analysis approach take using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). The outputs possible based on expert justifications were divided into four (4) levels, i.e.: Focus, Factor, Criteria Alternative level. synthesized experts environmental, economic, social technological factors, give a nearly equal ( eigen) values previous so they are concluded having same priority managing GEPs. gene flow non was most important element considered with eigen 0.278. increase farmer’s income 0.358 criteria economic factor. safety health (0.464) preferred elements. Last but not least, resource capability doing test (0.580) Based alternatives compiled by experts, law enforcement elements rules must done 0.187 values- compared other alternatives. Also ISM (Interpretative Modeling) quadrant matrix, scattered three quadrants; dependence, linkage independent.
