摘要: With the increasing interest in concept of justice group behavior literature, procedural (PJ) climate attracts many researchers and practitioners from different fields. Nevertheless, PJ is rarely addressed new product development (NPD) project team literature. Specifically, technology innovation management (TIM) literature provides little about what is, its nature benefits, how it works NPD teams. Also, few studies investigate antecedents consequences teams enhancing understanding this a practical perspective.
