摘要: Veins of the head and neck exhibiting anatomical variations or malformations are clinically significant. Anatomical variation in external jugular vein is very common. However, retromandibular rare. In this paper, we report a rare case complete absence vein. vein, maxillary divided into anterior posterior divisions. The division joined superficial temporal to form an atypical facial anonymous clinical practice, radiologists surgeons use as guide expose branches nerve during parotidectomy. Therefore, hurdle procedure may affect venous drainage pattern from neck.
