摘要: Inflammatory skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis (AD) and rosacea were complicated by barrier abrogation deficiency in innate immunity. The first defender of epidermal immune response is the antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) that exhibit a broad-spectrum activity against multiple pathogens, including Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria, viruses, fungi. these AMPs AD fails to protect our body virulent pathogen infections. In contrast where there suppression AMPs, characterized overexpression cathelicidin peptide (CAMP), products which result chronic inflammation. this regard, AMP generation controlled key ceramide metabolite S1P-dependent mechanism could be considered alternate therapeutic approaches treat disorders, i.e., Increased S1P levels strongly stimulated CAMP expression elevated pathogens resulting improved patient skin.
