摘要: Abstract In this paper a photonic crystal based ring resonator structure (PCRR) which can sense different bio-constituents in blood the wavelength range of 1530–1565 nm for biomedical applications has been successfully demonstrated. Simulation and analysis done Biotin–Streptavidin, Bovine Serum Albumin, Cytop (polymer), Ethanol, Glucose solution (40gm/100 ml), Hemoglobin, Blood Plasma, Polyacrylamide Sylgard184. Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) method used analysis. MEEP (MIT Electromagnetic Equation Propagation) MPB Photonic Bands) simulation tools have modeling designing PCRR IPKISS software framework generation mask design be fabrication sensor. The optical properties are studied normalized transmitted output power, transmission Q factor observed blood-constituents analysis. It that little change dielectric constant (ϵ) according to blood-constituent taken there will moderate shift quality hence it acts as This indicates is highly sensitive even refractive index. Our designed sensor achieved sensitivity 343 nm/RIU.
