摘要: Abstract A model is developed to predict the vapor volumetric fraction during forced convection subcooled boiling. The proposed method of calculation consists three steps : 1. point bubble departure from heated surface (i.e. location fractions significantly higher than zero) determined a force balance and single-phase liquid turbulent temperature distribution away wall. 2. relation postulated between true local weight corresponding thermal equilibrium value. 3. obtained an accepted relationship fractions. was applied variety available test data, agreement satisfactory for multitude flow, heat flux, fluid property conditions.
