摘要: Placental insufficiency-induced intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) fetuses have chronic hypoxaemia and elevated plasma catecholamine concentrations. In this study, we determined whether adrenergic responsiveness becomes desensitized in the perirenal adipose tissue of IUGR lambs by measuring receptor (AR) mRNA protein levels. We also tested ability adrenaline to mobilize non-esterified fatty acids (NEFAs) young lambs. Perirenal was collected from control at 133 days gestational age (dGA) 18 (dA). β2-AR concentrations were 59% 74% lower (P < 0.05) compared controls, respectively, which resulted levels 0.05). No treatment differences detected for α1A-, α1B-, α1D-, α2A-, α2B-, α2C-, β1- β3-AR expression. hormone sensitive lipase (HSL), perilipin (lipid droplet-associated protein), two adipokines, leptin adiponectin. Adiponectin HSL not different between treatments either age. Compared but Because results, challenged a second cohort with exogenous 21 dA. The NEFA 55 ± 15% IUGRs than controls. Collectively, our findings indicate that exposure utero causes desensitization down-regulation β2-AR, persists This impairment stimulated lipolysis might partially explain early onset obesity offspring.
