摘要: Neutron detection is an integral part of the global effort to prevent proliferation special nuclear material (SNM). Applications relying on neutron-detection technology range from traditional nonproliferation objectives, such as safeguarding and verifying stockpile reductions, interdiction SNM—a goal that has recently risen in priority a level par with missions.
