摘要: In the process of cold rolled strip, there is tight coupling between flatness control and gauge control. The variation roll gap caused by change bending force will lead to rolling force. Furthermore, it can cause a deep impact on accuracy strip exit thickness crown. purpose this paper improve preset value for strip.,In paper, strategy with considering was proposed first time objective function established basis two-objective optimization Meanwhile, multi-objective intelligent algorithm – INSGA-II used solve function.,The model has been tested in 1,450 mm tandem line. analyzed results field data show that deviations crown are reduced effectively using improved model, at same time, more reasonable values obtained, which enhance control.,A lies proposing new decoupling method
