摘要: In the case of a method for absolute calibration an interferometer with aid spherical output wave, comprising optical element which retroflects incident wave itself or via mirror, at least four measuring procedures are undertaken to determine aberration W. The is measured in positions intrafocally and extrafocally two different rotational angle positions. It also possible, addition, undertake measurement mirror cat's eye position (focus 3).
