摘要: A method for producing a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer tube where the temperature of mandrel and extrusion pressure used extruding are determined before preparing tube. The set to overlap two predetermined ranges. One range permits hot drawing preform, second provides preform free from occurrence bubbles on its surface. After ranges determined, is extruded periphery heated under using overlap. Thereafter, pulled out provide drawn produce having desired outer diameter. present invention can fine drawability while overcoming poor appearances due or granular structure. In addition, has stable quality that be continuously produce, thus increasing yield thereof.
