摘要: The physical reason for the difference between small-scale self-focusing of nanosecond and femtosecond pulses is that typical intensity latter three orders magnitude higher, i.e., TW/cm2 versus GW/cm2. This causes a significant shift growth-rate maximum Bespalov–Talanov instability to region high spatial frequencies. During free propagation, decrease in spectral density noise self-filtering beam lead noise-density growth rate and, therefore, slowing development. shown restriction on using transmissive optical elements superpower lasers towards powers.
