摘要: The concept of EPSS (electronic performance support systems) originated in business settings. Recently, there have been many attempts to apply the schools: educational EPSSs (E-EPSSs) become available on Web. However, is little evaluation research and few frameworks for these emergent E-EPSSs. primary purpose this article provide design recommendations how improve quality E-EPSSs general, based upon one specific E-EPSS, called STEPS (Support Teacher Enhancing Performance Schools).
