摘要: Abstract 1. Some hydroxy-, amino-, and methoxy- phenylalkyltrimethylammonium compounds, β-pyridylmethyl- dimethylamine pyrrolidine, β-pyridylethyltrimethylammonium, were tested on avoidance learning in mice their effects compared with those of (-)-nicotine. 2. The o- m- hydroxybenzyl-, o-hydroxyphenethyl- m-hydroxyphenylpropyl- trimethylammonium compounds improved performance; (-)-nicotine, one-quarter the dose, had similar effects. p-hydroxyphenethyl-, o-hydroxyphenylpropyl- p- aminobenzyl, o-, m-, aminophenethyl-trimethylammonium impaired performance. 3. (-)-Nicotine m-hydroxyphenylpropyltrimethylammonium appeared also to enhance memory consolidating processes. 4. central actions some suggest that possibility they can penetrate into nervous system should not be ruled out even though are quaternary salts. 5. No correlation was found between frog rectus muscle. Though differences may due access system, it is possible receptors associated processes different from possibly more specialized.
