摘要: AbstractIn a national survey of all American urologists transurethral prostatectomy accounted for 38 per cent the major surgical procedures performed by respondents. They regarded operation as complex and they believe achievement proficiency requires that more be during residency training than any other urological operation. Furthermore, assigned significantly higher relative value have medical economists doing research in field physician reimbursement. The effect recent legislated congressional reductions allowable Medicare fees is discussed along with impact these on patient care urologist.
