摘要: This study attempts to examine the relationship between soil salinity and physico-chemical properties of paddy field soils Jhilwanja union in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. Data were analyzed by help Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS: version-18) area map was prepared Arc GIS 9.3 software. Present investigation reveals that textural class ranged from sandy loam, a mean bulk density 1.58 g/cm 3 , high temperature ( M = 31.55). Soils moderately acidic basic (EC) content comes under low medium (minimum 3.10 dS/m, maximum 7. 24 dS/m) range. The organic matter level exhibited absolutely lower 0.75) than good agricultural soil. represents total N 0.08), very P 0.06), exchangeable Ca 0.0009) too Mg 0.26), but K 0.57) content. Simple regression analysis showed there significant effect on pH, temperature, OM, N, P, Mg. Repairing coastal embankment (rubber dam), cultivating native yielding variety, using fertilizer, implementing Integrated Soil Nutrient Management (ISNM) adapting Coastal Zone (ICZM) can increase crop production fertility area.
