摘要: Abstract : The distribution of adrenergic nerves to orbital and ocular structures in rabbits guinea-pigs was studied with the sensitive specific fluorescence method developed by Falck. Considerable species differences were found, especially irido-corneal angle, which contains few varicose fibers (V.A.F.), but guineapigs many. In both species, V.A.F. found cornea, dilator sphincter pupillae as well iris stroma, at ciliary epithelium, muscle, chorioid. chorioid, is densest those parts that correspond areas retina have highest visual acuity. rabbits, vascular an unusual throughout inner part perivascular sheath; some mediumsized vessels, they also reach intimal layer. An innervation smooth musculature outside bulb tarsal arrectores pilorum, sebaceous glands. No around acini lacrimal gland or optic nerve. (Author)
