摘要: Microstructure and interfacial reactions of AI2O3 joints brazed with AI2O3-particulate-contained composite Ag-Cu-Tifiller material were researched by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), probe analysis (EPMA),energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) X-ray diffraction (XRD). The reaction layer thickness jointsbrazed conventional active filler metal materials different volume fraction ofAI2O3 particulate was also studied. experimental results indicated although there particulates addedinto metals, the time dependence growth fillermaterial is t1/2 as described Fickian law metal.
