摘要: The present paper was intended to study the grain-size influence of oxide reagents used and chemical treatment method applied dibarium nonatitanate-based dielectric ceramics as resonators in high-frequency fields. On obtained samples, main ceramic electric properties were determined. characterization obtained, well effects determined by their utilization within a stable frequency oscillator, achieved measurements field.
