摘要: Power quality includes several issues in electrical engineering such as instrumentation, signal processing and measurement among others. This paper reviews the improvements that have been achieved helped to increase knowledge of disturbances suffered by power systems. It focuses on techniques best adapted describing these disturbances, order they may form part a system, obtain parameters or establish PQ indices.
