摘要: Introduction : The HIV epidemics in the Caribbean, Central America and South (CCASA), Eastern Europe (EE) Asia Pacific (AP) regions are diverse affecting different key populations predominantly middle-income countries. This narrative review describes of HIV-positive youth approaching adolescence adulthood CCASA, EE AP, what is known their outcomes paediatric adult care to date, ongoing research efforts future priorities. Methods We searched PubMed abstracts from recent conferences workshops using keywords including HIV, transition adolescents, identify published data on AP. also within our regional clinical/research networks for work conducted this area presented at local or national meetings. To give insight into priorities, we describe characteristics health status young people as they approach age transition, a determinant early adulthood, information available current processes.
