摘要: Abstract In recent years, the significant progress of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells has surprised photovoltaic community. Moreover, many other optoelectronic devices have been fabricated using this new generation materials which makes it more attractive for researchers. Among different physical and chemical synthesis methods, we taken on a two-step solution-based procedure to deposit CH3NH3PbI3 with 1.55 eV energy band gap in ambient air condition. Various optoelectrical characterization tools used thoroughly investigate film quality. Simulations were carried out Finite-Difference Time-Domain method (FDTD) studying light absorption mechanism films. surface roughness amounts applied simulations achieve good consistency between experimental theoretical curves. This approach can give an insight into how effectively impacts optical characteristics synthesized layer. also investigated demonstrates wavelength than 540 nm be transmitted from 400 nm thick illustrate help trapping
