摘要: The success of gene therapy depends on efficient delivery DNA and requires a vector. A promising non-viral vector is chitosan. We tailored chitosan to optimize it for transfection by synthesizing self-branched trisaccharide-substituted oligomers (SBTCO), which show superior efficacy compared with linear (LCO). aim the work was compare cellular uptake endocytic pathways polyplexes formed LCO SBTCO.
