摘要: Tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) boron (Bq3) was synthesized by a high-temperature exchange reaction. Bq3 powders containing various polymorphous modifications were synthesized, and their photoluminescent characteristics analyzed. Films of Alq3/B2O3/Al hybrid materials (HMs) deposited on glass substrates vacuum thermal evaporation. It is shown that local heating diode laser (785 nm) with an intensity 150 W/cm2 for one second causes irreversible transformation in the HM film structure. The chromaticity coordinates photoluminescence laser-irradiated regions considerably differ from those initial luminescence.
