摘要: The causes of ovarian dysfunction in the adolescent are fascinating and varied. They may range from mild oligomenorrhea frequently encountered during first 1–2 postmenarchal years to complete absence pubertal development menstrual function characteristic many forms gonadal dysgenesis. Ovarian encompasses fairly common disorders leading secondary amenorrhea as well conditions, such dysgenesis, structural anomalies female genital tract, male pseudohermaphroditism, which lead primary amenorrhea. A brief review normal sexual differentiation is helpful before considering numerous ways go awry.
