摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences Maignan et al.’s (1999) four-dimension model corporate citizenship (based on economic, ethical, legal and discretionary responsibilities) business performance in hospitality sector. Design/methodology/approach This obtained its empirical evidence from international tourist hotels Taiwan applied structural equation modeling (SEM) analyses. Findings results show that ethical sustainable practices have positive effects employee affective organizational commitment, innovation customer loyalty, while loyalty all performance. Most important all, bootstrap estimations based SEM has indirect through mediating roles loyalty. ...
