摘要: The Pediatric Cancer Quality of Life Inventory-32 (PCQL-32) has been developed to be a standardized assessment instrument assess systematically pediatric cancer patient's health-related quality life (HRQOL) outcomes. Multidimensional serial measurement patients' HRQOL in Phase III randomized controlled clinical trials is increasingly being recognized as an essential component evaluating the comprehensive health outcomes modern antineoplastic treatment protocols. 32-item PCQL-32 short form was empirically derived from PCQL long (84-87 items), which administered 291 patients and their parents during various stages treatment. feasibility (percentage missing values per item) range [percentage minimum (floor effect) maximum (ceiling possible scores] calculated for five scales total scale score. Feasibility very good, with less than .01% values. Range full, no ceiling effects (higher symptoms/problems) low moderate floor (lower symptoms/problems). demonstrated good measurement. In its form, practical trials. Future studies will test utility brief measure monitoring children adolescents cancer.
