摘要: Abstract WxSey thin films have been prepared by the spray pyrolysis and anodic electrodeposition of solutions ammonium selenotungstate, (NH4)2WSe4, with y/x usually between two three for sprayed y x >>1 electrodeposited films. The indicated regions crystalline WSe2 optical absorbance spectra consistent a mixture WSe2, WSe3, selenium. are totally amorphous, highly photoconductive, typical amorphous or vitreous transform into WO3 at temperatures greater than 350°C in presence oxygen wile electrode-posited tend to evaporate and/or decompose upon annealing.
