摘要: SUMMARY Extracts of scale from four patients with psoriasis all contained plasminogen activator. All activator activity was the tissue-type (t-PA) as judged following criteria: (1) enzyme inhibited by a monoclonal antibody against human t-PA, while there no measurable inhibition urokinasetype (u-PA); (2) determined zymography extracts one type which had an electrophoretic mobility identical to that purified t-PA; (3) this removed passage through Sepharose column coupled but not u-PA.
