摘要: Within an overall focus on media literacy, the present report examines internet literacy of children and young people aged 9-19, based UKCGO survey findings. We examine relations among three main dimensions or (access, understanding creation), showing how developing online expertise increases opportunities and, it turns out, also risks. ask what difference parental regulation children’s use makes, revealing a more complex picture than often assumed.
