摘要: Abstract The highly diastereoselective total synthesis of heliespirone B, an oxaspirocyclic compound isolated from the leaves Helianthus annuus, has been accomplished (R)-curcuphenol. Key transformations include formation structure via a oxa-Michael reaction.
