Here, we present brief review the current state hybrid in terms their synthesis mechanical electronic Using density functional theory calculations, show that there are small boundary stresses graphene-boron nitride superlattices, suggesting such domain boundaries will not experience severe deformation. With excellent stability exotic properties, surmise bottleneck widespread usage these 2D nanomaterials is unavailability large-scale techniques with reliable controllable dimensions.
