摘要: Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging systems have been developed for image guided surgery in recent years. However, current are typically bulky and work only when surgical light the operating room (OR) is off. We propose a single camera system that capable of capturing NIR color images under normal lighting illumination. Using new RGB-NIR sensor synchronized excitation illumination, we demonstrated can acquire both information signal with high sensitivity The experimental results show ICG sample concentration 0.13 μM be detected irradiance 3.92 mW/cm2 at an exposure time 10 ms.
