摘要: Abstract This study describes the development of a competitive immunoassay for triiodothyronine (T3) comparing flow-injection- and modified sequential-injection technique. The detection is carried out by chemiluminescence using an acridinium ester as label antigen. Both immunoreaction reaction take place in flow-cell packed with immobilized antibodies. technique was applied without flow-reversal. limits all types assays were low fmol range (0.4 ng ml−1), whereby, flow-reversal mode, slight improvement limit observed. relative standard deviation mode 4.4–7.9% 2.2–5.5%, respectively. total assay time 7–9 min, depending on mode.
