摘要: PURPOSE: To correlate the appearance of bronchioloalveolar adenoma (BAA) lung at computed tomography (CT) with its pathologic features. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Nine small pulmonary nodules ground-glass attenuation were found CT in 668 patients carcinoma. Seven these nine lesions histopathologically diagnosed as BAA four (three men and one woman, aged 66-77 years) man, two lesion each remaining men) are subject this study. RESULTS: appeared a nodule attenuation; microscopic examination revealed hyperplasia alveolar cuboidal cells on hyperplastic septa.
