摘要: In this article we present an online simulation application for a decision problem that operates in real time, where products have to be dispatched from two depots clients are geographically distributed throughout the city. The system's behaviour is highly stochastic, due random of client's demand (in time and space), times order preparation, travelling dispatchers (these motorcycle drivers) absence rate drivers each day. A scheme proposed combines elements vehicle routing with windows, real-time dispatching simulation, through which information on future events considered decision-making process. Two major conclusions obtained when applied data. First, show algorithm consolidation route can very advantageous point view logistics costs quality service. Second, and, specifically, Simulation-based Real-time Decision Making methodology (SRDM) further improve results. New ideas work also proposed.
