摘要: We observed naphthyl-keratin adducts and dose-related metabolic enzyme induction at the mRNA level in reconstructed human epidermis vitro after exposure to naphthalene. Immunofluorescence detection of 2-naphthyl-keratin-1 confirmed metabolism naphthalene adduction keratin. also dermal tape-strip samples collected from naphthalene-exposed workers levels ranging 0.004 6.104 pmol adduct microg(-1) have demonstrated ability skin metabolize form both vivo. The results indicate potential use keratin as biomarkers exposure.
