摘要: Anthropogenic greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions can be attributed to household and firm travel building decisions. This study demonstrates the development application of a microsimulation model for evolution location choices over time, along with light duty vehicle fleet, residential stock decisions persons businesses in Austin, Texas 25-year period (from 2005 2030). Year zonal-level population address-level employment data region, coupled various other aggregate sets, are used simulate individual households firms time space. Simulation results suggest nearly 130% increase vehicle-miles traveled (VMT), as increases. same GHG under business-as-usual scenario. Total from energy consumption predicted 86% forecast base scenario, around 70% scenarios. In contrast, average demand per is by 57% period, mainly due transition larger sizes.
