Effects of Noise in Symmetric Two-Species Competition

摘要: We have analyzed the interplay between noise and periodic modulations in a classical Lotka-Volterra model of two-species competition. found that consideration changes drastically behavior system leads to new situations which no counterpart deterministic case. Among others, is responsible for temporal oscillations, spatial patterns, enhancement response via stochastic resonance.
