摘要: The electron spin resonance spectrum of Fe3+ impurity ions in the ternary semiconductor CuGaS2 has been analysed. two magnetically inequivalent metal sites chalcopyrite lattice could be distinguished via fourth order terms Hamiltonian. No serious deviations from stoichiometry detected transport-grown crystals. It was found that traces iron impurities lead to strong absorption visible and near infrared spectral region.
