摘要: Protein, RNA, and DNA synthesis, enzyme (γGT, LDH, LAP, Al-P, NAG) activities were assayed in Madin Darby Canine Kidney cells (MDCK) treated by ochratoxin A, a mycotoxin known to be nephrotoxic animal man. Both cellular macromolecules syntheses enzymatic are inhibited OTA dose-dependent manner after 24 h incubation. The protection 100 µM additional phenylalanine is optimal when MDCK pretreated 4 before the poisoning OTA. When 25 added simultaneously prevention of toxic effects evident, but not complete spite respective intracellular concentrations 2.22 2.4 which normally favor strong inhibition OTA, except if one admits that really very sensitive
