Low temperature synthesis of InP nanocrystals

摘要: We present a simple method for the chemical synthesis of InP nanocrystals, which comprises several advantages: (i) use reagents, namely InCl3·4H2O and yellow P as In precursors, respectively, NaBH4 reducing agent in mixed solvent ethanol toluene; (ii) short reaction time (1–5 h) low temperature (<75 °C); (iii) high yield approaching 100%. NCs zinc-blende structure have been obtained confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction Raman scattering measurements. Their mean size 4 nm has determined transmission electron microscopy, absorption spectroscopy.
